The way our body works can be influenced by cultural, genetic and lifestyle factors. Therefore, it is important to have a personalised approach when creating a diet plan for each individual client.
There are many benefits of nutritional therapy. It not only can help to manage chronic health problems, but also help prevent future complications which could easily stem from a poor diet.
Nutritional Therapy is based on Functional Medicine approach, where the focus is on identifying the underlying causes of a health-related issue and providing treatment that addresses these causes, resulting in long-term benefits.
My name is Gosia and I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, a member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI).
Although I was always aware of the importance of a good diet, I only started to appreciate the real power of food and balanced lifestyle after I was diagnosed with autoimmune disorder. I decided that to get my health back, I would write a personalised nutritional plan which would suit my needs. Through my new diet and physical activity, within a few months I was able to improve my health dramatically. I believe my holistic approach played a big role on that journey.
